A background managing/working in high volume catering/restaurant operations in commercial businesses
A hands-on lead from the front approach
Financially aware - managing costs, budgets and labour controls
A very keen eye for detail and passion for high standards
Excellent communication, leadership, organisation and training skills

RESTAURANT MANAGER YOU WILL:

Manage all day to day operations
Train, develop, motivate, coach and lead the team
Take responsibility for managing costs, budgets, labour and stock
Give consistently excellent customer service
Work with company systems, procedures and policies
Manage HR processes
